Why Monica?

I am a licensed real estate professional, who informs, inspires, and guides buyers, sellers, and aspiring homeowners through all phases of the residential purchasing and selling processes. 

With over 15 years of personal experience in buying, selling, and investing in real estate locally and internationally, I have a unique view on owning real estate. I believe owning a home or rental property will positively change your life. While real estate is not a liquid asset or a get-rich-quick investment, it is an investment in yourself, your future, and the future of your family. My firm belief that everyone should own where they live is the reason I became a Realtor. Becoming a homeowner and landlord has changed my life for the better and my goal is to pay the blessing forward by converting renters into owners. 

Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, I was a Business Analyst and Project Manager in corporate America and Canada. I feel my corporate experience brings a fresh approach and new perspective to the way I will market your existing home and/or find your new home. My time in corporate America and Canada was spent working under pressure to meet tight deadlines to ensure my client’s requirements were delivered on time and to the highest quality.  As your Realtor, I bring the same dedication, innovation, and planning to get your home sold or to find you the perfect home or investment property.
